[Windows] CommandBuffer.Blit() flips Scene view when Antialiasing is off and HDR rendering is off
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "BugReport.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "BlitFlipping" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected Result: Scene view stays the same as if no CommandBuffer was present in the camera
Actual Result: Scene view flips upside-down
Note: The expected output can be obtained by simply ticking "Allow HDR" checkbox in the Main Camera, or by enabling multisample antialiasing in the Project Quality settings.
Note: This issue appears only on Windows.
Reproduced on Unity 5.5.4f1, 5.6.2f1, 2017.1.0b10 and 2017.2.0a4

This problem still exists in unity 2018.2.1f1. Not sure why this is a 'won't fix.' It seems like a pretty big deal to me
