Windows Build Profile has Publishing Settings foldout that contains no information or properties in the Build Profiles Player Settings
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
- Click the "Add Build Profile" button
- Select the Windows platform and click the "Add Build Profile" button
- Click the "Add Settings" button and select "Player Settings"
- Click on the Publishing Settings foldout
- Observe the Publishing Settings foldout
Actual results: The Publishing Settings foldout exists but has nothing inside it
Expected results: The Publishing Settings foldout should not exist
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a3, 6000.5.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a2
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.1
