[Windows] “BoxColliders does not support negative scale or size” warning appears only when "Enter Play Mode Options" is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “My project (2).zip“ project
2. Open “SampleScene” scene
3. Enter Play mode and observe the Console window
4. Enable “Enter Play Mode Options” in the Project Settings window
5. Enter Play mode and observe the Console window
Expected result: “BoxColliders does not support negative scale or size” warning appears in the Console window either way
Actual result: “BoxColliders does not support negative scale or size” warning only appears in the Console window after enabling “Enter Play Mode Options”
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4

Not reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel)
