[Windows] AssemblyDefinition csproj files include non-code assets from other definition directories
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Go to Assets -> Open C# Project
3. Observe that the .shader files are included in each of the generated .csproj files
Expected result: AssemblyDefinition .csproj files should not include non-code assets from other definition directories
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a4, 2018.1.0b10, 2017.3.1p3, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.1.3p2
