[Windows] API_test:DeleteUnityWrapper crashes when exiting Play mode
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "Unity_DLL_test.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "Text Example" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Exit Play mode
Expected result: Unity Editor successfully exits Play mode
Actual result: Unity Editor will crash
Notes:
- This issue appears only on Windows
- On OSX I can't reproduce this issue

Reproduced on Unity 5.5.5p1, 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b9 and 2018.1.0a4
