[Windows 11] Package Manager Features are displayed incorrectly after moving the mouse
Reproduction steps:
# Create a new project
# Open Package Manager
# Select "Packages: In Project" option in the dropdown next to the plus icon
# Select any Feature in the "Features" section
# Move your mouse for 1-2 minutes
Expected result: The feature is displayed correctly
Actual result: The feature is missing most of the text
Note: Only reproducible on Windows 11 machines
