Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 6000.1.0b3 with the "Web Build Support" module
2. Create a new project
3. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles" 
4. Verify that the "Web" platform is enabled
5. Please select it
6. Click "Switch Platform"
7. Verify that "Web" is specified as "Active"
8. Click "Add Build Profile"
9. Enter some "Name" or leave it blank and click one more time "Add Build Profile"
10. Verify that the build becomes created and displayed below the platforms
11. Also, verify that the "Cloud Build" button becomes visible in the window
12. Click it

Actual results: A window with the title "BuildAutomationModalWindow" becomes visible. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: The title should be presented in the human language - "Build Automation Modal Window"

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a10, 6000.1.0b3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0a9 as these builds have an old window UI and miss new features.

Can’t test with versions: -
