Window preview appears on a different monitor when undocking and dragging a window with a high-resolution monitor set up on the right and a low-resolution monitor on the left.
How to reproduce:
1. Open the display settings by right clicking on the desktop
2. Ensure the left monitor is at 100% scaling and is at non-UHD resolution
3. Set the left monitor to be the main monitor
4. Ensure the right monitor is at 200% scaling or lower with at least 3456x2160 resolution
5. Create or open any Unity project
6. Make sure the editor is opened on the right monitor
7. While undocking a window drag it to the left side of the right monitor
8. Observe the monitors
Expected: Window preview is shown on top of the mouse cursor
Actual: Window preview is offset to the left of the mouse cursor
Reproducible in: 2023.3.0b5, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b4
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Having the low resolution monitor set up on the right in display settings makes the bug not reproduce
