[Window management] Window header shrinks for Unity and hub after changing the UI scaling from preferences
Window header shrinks for Unity and hub after changing the UI scaling from preferences. Refer to the attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Preferences
3) UI Scaling > Uncheck use default desktop scaling
4) Change custom scaling to 125%
5) Restart Unity
Actual result: Window header shrinks for Unity and hub.
Expected result: Window header should not shrink for Unity and hub
Occurring in: 2019.3.0a10, 2019.3.0a5
Not reproducible on: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.2.0b10
Environment: Only on Windows.
