[WinBootstrapper] [Regression] Component selection is not stored
To repro:
1. Run DA.
2. Proceed to Component selection page. Note selected components.
3. Add/Remove some components. Note your choice.
4. Proceed to installation and finish of DA.
5. Run DA.
6. Proceed to Component selection page. Note, which components are selected.
Actual result: Components choice is not stored from previous installation in 5.6 DA. It stays the same as was in step 2.
Expected result: Components choice is stored (from previous installation).
Regression introduced in 5.6 (tested in trunk and 5.6.0a2).
Works correct in 5.5.0b11.
