How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Make sure DX12 is selected as the Graphics API
3. Observe the Console
Expected results: No logs are presented in the Console
Actual results: "Use of GfxDeviceD3D12::UploadTextureSubData2D is forbidden during a render pass!" is logged into the Console
Reproducible with: 6000.0.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.39f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (Arm)
Not reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Note: Can't find regression due to complicated testing
