Win Store App camera decoding problems on Tegra device
Camera doesn't show proper view with bigger than 1280:720 resolution.
More details about bug are in user's description;
Repro steps:
1. Open project "WebcamTest.zip";
2. Build a VS solution;
3. Deploy project on WinRT device, which has camera's resolution bigger than 1280:780. (at Vilnius office we have Nvidia Tegra 3 T30 tablet where camera has 2592:1944 resolution);
