[WIN] Standard Shader takes up more memory in standalone build than in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene CS.unity
3. Build to Standalone and run
4. Attach profiler
5. Go to Profiler -> Memory -> Detailed and take a Sample from the build
6. Navigate to Assets/Shader/Standard
- Note how it uses about 2.8MB of memory, while in the Editor it only uses about 1.4MB of memory
