When using multiple scenes the console is spammed with errors
To reproduce:
1. Open the project
2. Open both scenes at the same time
3. Press "play"
4. Press stop.
Observe that the console will get 4 errors about there being duplicate multiple managers of different types,and afterwards about them being removed
