When using EditorWindow.FocusWindowIfItsOpen, mouse input is offset in scene view
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Main Scene ( There game object with script attached that keeps the scene tab open after clicking Play)
3. Press play
4. Press stop
5. Try to select by dragging mouse or use any gizmos
6. Notice that mouse input is offset
Workaround: Undock scene window from editor.
