When using Conditional Attribute, string is not shown in the console
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project;
2. Open myscene.unity scene;
3. Enter a play mode;
Expected results: there should be two messages in the console.
Actual results: there is only one message from the function where the Conditional Attribute is not used.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0b1.
Not reproduced on: 5.4.1f1, 5.4.4p3.

This is still not resolved in Unity 5.5.3p2
