When undoing Grid values, those changes are not updated in scene view
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project.
2. Create Tilemap.
3. Select Grid.
4. Change Cell Swizzle.
5. Undo that change.
Expected result: Change will be reflected in Scene.
Actual result: It is not updated till something else forces it to update.
Notes: The same problem with other parameters as well.
Reproduced on: 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a1.
