When stopping play mode, crashes on (d3d11) CreateDirect3D11SurfaceFromDXGISurface
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("769458 repro.zip")
2. Open the scene "level1_Matt"
3. Enter play mode and then stop it
The editor should now crash with the top line of stacktrace being (d3d11) CreateDirect3D11SurfaceFromDXGISurface if it's on d3d11, and no stacktrace if it's run on d3d9.
Does not crash on glcore and d3d12.
Note that this issue only reproduces on AMD GPUs.
Note that if the play mode is paused before stopping, the crash doesn't occur.
