When reseting Editor Layout empty VFX window displays log message to check out the asset for version control
How to reproduce:
# Create a new VFX
# Open it and doc the window
# Save the layout
# Delete VFX from project browser
# Reset layout
Expected result: no message 'Check out to modify' displayed
Actual result: message 'Check out to modify' is displayed
