When moving the pivot for an input field, the input field cursor gets offset by the amount that the pivot was moved
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open 'Scene' scene
3. Press play
4. Enter text
5. Notice that input field cursor is moved together with pivot

Found this accidentally looking for a workaround for the cursor being based on the input field panel instead of the text. This bug solved my problem (may be a feature?)
To reproduce:
Create very tall 1 line input field (common in UI design trends these days)
Move text component to middle of field
Cursor shows at top of panel instead of where text is
