When importing package into a project, script does not get compiled
To reproduce this bug:
1. Import the attached .unitypackage
2. Nothing is reported in the console
3. Go to Assets->Test->Editor
4. Notice that 'ScriptWithCompileError' script contains an error
5. Right click this script and reimport
6. Now the errors are displayed
