When DSP Buffer Size is set to "Best Latency" it makes audio in the Editor stutter
Reproduction steps:
1. Open my attached project ("AudioTest.zip")
2. In project settings, make sure that DSP buffer size is set to "best latency"
3. Hit play
4. Observe that the audio stutters.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b10, 5.4.2f2, 5.3.6p5
