When canvas is set to pixel perfect and the camera is looking at the water from standard assets UI elements flicker
Reproduction steps:
1) Open the attached project (ReproProject.zip)
2) Open and play "proba" scene
3) Notice that UI elements are flickering (check reproGif.gif)
Expected result:
UI elements should not flicker
Actual result:
UI elements flicker
Note:
When pixel perfect is disabled or camera is not looking at the water issue doesn't reproduce
