When button is set to "First selected" in the Event System, you have to press the up/down key twice to switch button
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open MainMenu.unity
3. Press play. The Options button is selected at start.
4. Press S or W. Nothing happens
5. Press S or W again. Now another button is selected
It only happens first time you run the scene

It says it was fixed, but I'm still getting it while using Unity 4.6
