When building the project for the first time with UWP and il2cpp - build fails
How to reproduce:
1. Create empty project
2. Change platform to UWP
3. Import attached plugins
4. Build project
Actual result: When building for the first time with a UWP+il2cpp configuration, the build fails with a very cryptic error. Then build with UWP+.NET backend, and that succeeds. If I change nothing and then try the il2cpp build again, it succeeds
Reproduced with: 2017.3.1p2 (all 2017.3)
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.2p1, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a4
