When animation and game tabs are in the same place, the animation tab changes to "failed to load"
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Press play
3. Notice that the "animation" tab changes to "failed to load" (see the attached .gif)
This only happens with the animation tab, and only when it's on top of the game tab.
