When an object with a cloth component is selected, the Scene View's camera controls can't be used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "ClothCameraIssue" scene (it has Sphere game object with Cloth component)
3. Select the 'Sphere' object
4. Attempt to change the camera direction with the Scene Gizmo in the upper right corner of the Scene View window
5. Notice that it doesn't change
