[Wheel Collider] Wheel Collider Locked in 5.4.0b21
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project in Unity 5.4.0b21.
2. Open "WheelBug" scene.
3. Select "WheelCollider" object in hierarchy view.
4. In inspector view "Wheel Collider" component parameters can't be adjusted.
Regression introduced in: 5.4.0b21.
Tested with: 5.4.0b20, 5.3.5f1.
