Websockets over TLS 1.2 fails to connect
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Enter playmode
3. Click the 'Connect to endpoint' OnGUI button
-- Error is thrown
Expected behaviour: "403 Forbidden" is thrown since the URI is unsigned
Actual behaviour: "System.Net.WebSockets.WebSocketException (0x80004005): Unable to connect to the remote server" is thrown
Reproduced on: 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b1, 2018.3.0a1 (4832fc8f964a)
Note: 2018.1 error is different:
"System.Net.WebSockets.WebSocketException (0x80004005): Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.IO.IOException: The authentication or decryption has failed. ---> System.IO.IOException: The authentication or decryption has failed. ---> Mono.Security.Protocol.Tls.TlsException: Invalid certificate received from server. Error code: 0xffffffff800b010a"
