[webplayer] Rigibody2D keeps on moving after single position change
-e: as per title, the object does only the one move in editor or standalone but keeps on moving in webplayer
-it isn't a regression as such but it was broken everywhere in 504 but got fixed for at least editor and standalone in 5.1
-repro:
--open attached project
--run scene in editor
--notice cube moves once to the right
--build and run for webplayer
--NOTICE the cube just vanishes off the screen to the right
