[Webplayer] Dev console not showing up in dev build
-e: see title, works well in 5.1
-repro
--add a script that emits some log errors
--build and run for webplayer as dev build
--make sure to check the dev channel for the webplayer
--NOTICE the error logs are not shown and the dev console is not shown
--error still being logged into the log file
