[Webplayer] dev console not showing up
-e: see title
-repro:
--make a dev build of attached project
--install closed dev player
--run the player
--NOTICE the dev console is not showing up
--open webplayer log file and notice the counter is being logged
-works fin in 5.1.4, stops with 5.2.0 on both Win and OSX
