[WebGL][URP] Loaded Scene is empty and warning is spammed in the Console when in a built Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's "case_1283816-Project.zip" Scene labeled "LevelTest"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press the "Change Level" button
4. Observe that a new Scene is loaded
5. Exit the Play Mode
6. Make a WebGL build
7. Host the WebGL build
8. Open the built WebGL Player in a browser
9. In the Player, press the "Change Level" button
Expected result: New Scene is loaded
Actual result: Warning is spammed in the browser's Console "GL ERROR :GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION : glClear: framebuffer incomplete"
Reproducible with: 7.5.1 (2019.4.13f1), 9.0.0-preview.55 (2020.1.10f1), 10.1.0 (2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a1)
Not reproducible with: 10.1.0 (2021.1.0a2)
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.28f1 (Universal RP Package is not available)
