WebGL: UnityWebRequest isHttpError is not set for error-type http response codes
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Build and run on WebGL
3) Wait a bit for WebRequest to finish
Expected: An Http error is reported
Actual: It is not - https://i.imgur.com/XfgHU0U.png
