[WebGL] SystemInfo.supportsAudio always returns true on WebGL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build & Run to WebGL
3. Observe that "Device found" is always returned
Expected result: If possible, WebGL should implement SystemInfo.supportsAudio
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a7, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.9f1, 2017.3.2f1
Tested browser: Firefox Quantum 61.0.1
