[WebGL] System.GC.Collect(1) crashes in WebGL build
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene inside of it
2) Build the project for WebGL
3) Run it
4) Click the button in the middle of scene - it calls System.GC.Collect(1)
Expected result: Exception is thrown
Actual result: Crash
Reproduced in 5.5.0b5, 5.5.0b4, 5.4.1p2, 5.4.0f3
Not reproduced in 5.3.6p6

Latest issues
- The default layout file gets corrupted when the project is saved and closed after running a specific Test Runner test
