WebGL shader compiler compiler breaks on long if/else chains
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and scene
2) Play in editor
Expected: See red quad constantly filling up the screen
3) Build and run on WebGL
Actual: You see magenta instead
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.2.0b1
