Switching SetQualityLevel darkens the lighting with no returning back
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. (repro-case_756793-WebGL_Quality.zip)
2. Open scene: main
3. Build to WebGL.
4. Change Quality settings using UI Buttons.
Actual result: When changing to Fastest, environment becomes darker and does not return back when reverting to any other quality template. This does not happen in Editor.
Reproducible on: 5.3.1p2, 5.2.4f1, 5.1.4f1
