[WebGL] Scrambled bitmap font in build
-e: see title and screenshots
-repro:
--open project attached at the end of the email conversation
--open scene
--notice the text looks good in editor
--build & run for WebGL
--NOTICE the font is now scrambled
-workaround: We advise to disable mipmaps for NPOT textures in custom fonts in WebGL (or other OpenGL ES 2.0 platforms). This limitation will not exist in WebGL 2.0.
