[WebGL] Scene does not render correctly if Camera does't clear and HDR is enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by user (dontclear56-new.zip)
2. Build and run the project for WebGL
3. Observe the spinning cube
Expected: parts of the cube do not disappear
Actual: only parts of the object are rendered when Camera's Allow HDR is enabled and Clear Flags are set to Don't Clear
Reproduced in 5.6.0a1, 5.6.1f1, 2017.1.0b9, 2017.2.0a3
Did not reproduce in 5.5.4f1, 2017.2.0a4
Fixed in 2017.2.0a4
