[WebGL][NewInputSystem] UI is not interactable when Input Update Mode is set to Fixed Update
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project "My projectinputsys.zip"
2. Build and Run for WebGL
3. Try pressing any button in the Player
Expected result: Able to interact with buttons
Actual result: Buttons cannot be interacted with
Reproducible with: 1.0.0, 1.1.1, 1.2.0 (2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.30f1), 1.3.0 (2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a6)
Note: Only reproducible when built for WebGL
