[WebGL] MSAA effect is not applied in build
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("1384522.zip")
2. Build and Run the SampleScene to WebGL platform
Expected result: MSAA is applied
Actual result: Multisample anti-aliasing is not applied (see "cOVPuHLIPY.mp4" image)
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.0a17
Could not test with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0a21 (build fails)
