[WebGL] [Mobile] VideoPlayer does not play Video when using WebGL on Mobile
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "VidTest.zip"
2. Build the Scene "VidTest" for WebGL
3. Host the Build on a server that would allow access from a mobile device
4. Access the Build from a mobile device
5. Click "Url Play/Stop"
Expected result: The video starts playing
Actual result: The video Player shows a black Texture
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0a12
Notes:
- The specific video in this case uses the "AAC, H.264" codecs
