[WebGL] Index out of bounds exception is thrown when loading a NavMesh
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make a WebGL build
3. Open the built WebGL Player on a browser
4. Inspect the Developer Console (common shortcut F12)
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: "RuntimeError: index out of bounds" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a15
