WebGL ignores smoothing groups / reflective surfaces look faceted
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "WebGLLowRes"
2. Open the scene "Main"
3. Build for WebGL and play
4. Click and drag the mouse to look around
5. Notice that the surface looks very faceted, that is not true if the game is played in the editor
