[WebGL] If building is failed deep into process, build location still pops out in explorer
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build for WebGL
Expected: The build will fail, and nothing will pop out
Actual: Explorer window is opened with build location, even though it's empty
Reproduced in 5.5.0b1, 5.5.1f1, 5.5.1p4, 5.6.0b9
Cannot test on 5.4, but am I fairly certain this didn't happen a long time ago. However, not marking as regression as I can't prove the date
