[WebGL] GameObjects are not rendered on iOS devices when the material's “Enable GPU Instancing” is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “WebGLBugReports.zip” project
2. Build a project for the WebGL platform
3. Open built WebGL project on an iOS device
4. Observe the result
Expected result: Both GameObjects are visible
Actual result: GameObject below “Material GPU instancing on” text is not rendered
Reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.19f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a15

VLNQA00494 - iPhone 14 Pro Max, 16.3.1 iOS
VLNQA00392 - iPad (9th generation), 15.0 iOS
Not reproducible on:
Google Pixel 4
VLNQA00526 - Samsung Galaxy A12
Note: Not reproducible in the Editor, Standalone Player (macOS), iOS, macOS WebGL

Resolution Note:
This bug is from iOS side and is fixed in 16.6 as per the internal test we did, the easiest solution would to update to the latest iOS / Safari version to resolve similar issues.
