WebGL fullscreen doesn't revert ro original resolution on exit
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build WebGL
3. Open WebGL build
4. Enter fullscreen
5. Exit fullscreen
6. WebGL doesn't reverts to original resolution

how is this fixed? it is still hapening in 5.3.1f
