[WebGL] Embedded font with non-Latin characters not appearing
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Select Scripts in hierarchy
3) Make sure all 4 GUISkins are selected
4) Build and run on WebGL
Expected: All 5 lines are shown normally (you can see this when playing in Editor)
Actual: Line with Noto font is not showing chinese characters, only latin ones
