[WebGL][2018.4 only] Editor freezes when enabling Play mode after Building
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Build for WebGL
3. Press Play
Expected result: Play mode is enabled
Actual result: The Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2018.4.30f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1

This issue is reproducible from 2018.4.20f1 and still not fixed in 2018.4.31f1.
